Answer: 12+hours and youtube.

Answer: 3-4 Hours
Do you have any experience on being staff on a Minecraft server?
Answer: Yes I used to have a test server to get a feel for commands I can use as a staff member on a different server and I've also helped friends with there servers before.
What would you do when a problem persists on the server?
Answer : Contact a server Owner/Admin for technical problems, and for any other problems try to resolve myself if I cannot resolve, I will contact the Owner/Admin about it.
How will you help Graveyard to improve?
Answer: I can help Graveyard By Making it a fair place for everyone by removing Hackers/Cheaters and I will also try my best to stop spam, advertising, etc. in chat. I May also be able to fix some problems from my knowledge of complex and simple commands within the plugins of the server.
